About the role
We're seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our talented team at Lupo Bianco Custom Tailoring in Strathfield, NSW. As our Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our tailoring business, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing
* Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and courteous manner
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
* Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and maintaining client records
* Assisting with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, ordering supplies and shipping documents/goods to clients
* Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised at all times
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any client inquiries or concerns
* Supporting the team with any other tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Proficient in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
* Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the retail or tailoring industry
* A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* A passion for working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
