If you are an OT, Physio, EP or Rehabilitation Counsellor looking for the best opportunities (and new grad programs if you're a current grad), you've come to the right place!
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessment (vocational capability, workplace, ergonomic etc)
- Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
- Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)
If you are a new grad, full training can be provided as long as you have a genuine passion for workplace injury rehabilitation and are wanting to start your career in this field.
