Small Interior Design firm, supporting large scale projects across Australia and within a range of sectors.
The role
8-16 hours per week anticipated, and working fully remote. Supporting the Business Director, you will be an experienced business administrator to assist with a wide range of activities autonomously. 
Typical tasks may include:
 * HR support - advertising new positions, screening applicants, booking interviews
 * Resourcing - scheduling work rosters and managing timesheet hours
 * Managing insurances and other business policies
 * Project administration
 * Accounts support and invoicing
 * Reporting
You will have
 * Experience in a design practice preferred
 * Solid experience within business administration and implementing robust processes
 * Excellent software and technology skills
 * A flexible approach to work
 * Able to work autonomously
 * Great communication skills, verbal and written
