About the Role They are currently seeking a Project Officer to provide project management and support services. You will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, coordinating resources, preparing reports and briefs, and supporting effective decision-making across divisional activities. Key responsibilities Deliver project management support - coordinate resources, implement and monitor project plans Prepare and maintain reports, briefs, risk registers, and project documentation Undertake research, evaluation, and analysis to resolve policy or process issues Liaise with stakeholders, coordinate committees and working groups Interpret statutory provisions and prepare clear procedures for staff Contribute to operational policy evaluation and continuous improvement About You Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written High attention to detail and accuracy Proactive, results-driven approach with strong problem-solving ability Superior organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines Solid analytical skills to support effective decision-making Strong computer literacy and proficiency with TRIM and MyWorkZone, or the ability to learn quickly Exposure to the development/construction sector (desirable) How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
