Day-to-day duties:
* Manage New Business inquiries through business & internal referrals
* Work closely with the Sales Agents & Property Managers to optimize their databases & rent roll
* Cultivate & hunt down fresh new business leads
* Maintain and develop client relationships
* Offer professional advice to clients
* Market appraisals - sometimes with the sales agents
The Candidate:
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Previous experience in Real Estate sales/business development role
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Have great attention to detail and take pride in what you do
* Excellent time management skills
* Be a strong team player
