Join an organization to serve Something Greater. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Theatre Technician (Grade 3) to join our team on a full‐time basis at St Vincent's Private Hospital Werribee. The role reports directly to the Perioperative Services Manager.
Responsibilities
* Assist the surgeon and nursing staff with surgical procedures by providing, operating and maintaining theatre equipment and positioning/preparing patients.
* Facilitate efficient peri‐operative processes and ensure the smooth operation of peri‐operative services.
* Ensure equipment and stock are available at all times for peri‐operative services staff.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Operating Theatre Support) from an accredited institution.
* Previous experience in a peri‐operative setting.
* Proven strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels.

Requirements
* Criminal record and/or child protection checks will be conducted and will form part of the selection criteria.
