Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Audiologist located in
Gold Coast, QLD
. The Clinical Audiologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing tests, performing ear wax removals, and providing aural rehabilitation services, including fitting hearing aids and cochlear implants. The role also includes counseling patients on hearing care and managing their progress with ongoing support and follow-up sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct diagnostic audiology assessments and hearing aid fittings
* Provide aural rehabilitation and ongoing patient care
* Maintain accurate patient records and reports
* Work independently and collaboratively as part of a clinic team
Key Requirements:
* Recognized qualifications in Audiology (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
* Valid QP number and eligibility to work and practice in Australia
* Experience in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing
* Experience in aural rehabilitation and patient follow-up care
* Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
