What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across medium to large initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across Lending, Risk, Credit, Compliance and Technology to:
* Elicit, analyse and clearly document business, functional and non-functional requirements
* Translate business needs into process maps, BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Facilitate workshops, manage competing perspectives and drive agreed outcomes
* Design current and future state processes aligned to IMB’s strategy and risk appetite
* Support testing activities including UAT planning, test scenarios and defect triage
* Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance and risk management obligations
* Contribute to continuous improvement of IMB’s Business Analysis frameworks and capability
What you’ll bring
Essential
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst on medium to large initiatives
* Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capability
* Sharp analytical mindset with attention to detail and impact/dependency awareness
* Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
Desirable
* Experience in financial services, ideally banking, mutuals or credit unions
* Exposure to lending, credit assessment, CCR or credit risk concepts
* Experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven change
* Background in lending transformation, digitisation or platform enhancement
* Confidence working with Risk, Credit, Compliance, Legal and third-party vendors
