Grafton Sheetmetal is seeking a full-time Office Administrator for an immediate start.
The role will include;
* Answering calls and dealing face to face with customers
* Taking sheet metal fabrication, powder coating and sandblasting orders from customers
* Using MYOB accounting system to send quotes and invoices
* Checking and replying to emails throughout the day
* Cash handling and using an EFTPOS machine
* Using Excel spreadsheets and creating Word documents
* Stock and material ordering
* Delegate tasks and keep track of orders

* Strong organisational skills and good time management
* Excellent communication skills
* Works well within a team and independently
* Good mathematical and comprehension skills
* Administration experience in the construction or metal industry is preferred but not essential.

The required office hours are 7:30 am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Meal Breaks are taken between 9:15 - 9:30am and 1:30 - 2pm.
Wage will be paid under the Clerks - Private Sector Award.
This is a locally run business that has been established for over 40 years and incorporates both Grafton Sheetmetal and Clarence Valley Powder Coating.
