Who We're Looking For

Key Responsibilities
* Execute high-standard visual merchandising in liquor stores
* Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
* Maintain and replenish stock, implement POS, and ensure planogram compliance
* Identify sales opportunities and deliver in-field brand education
* Provide real-time reporting and insights to internal teams
* Work autonomously to manage your own run and meet visit KPIs
Key Competencies
* Visual merchandising and store presentation skills
* Sales experience – confident in recommending and upselling
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strategic planning and attention to detail
* Ability to work within structured processes and dynamic priorities
* Highly organised and reliable team player with a customer-first approach
Position Requirements
* Valid Driver's Licence & Reliable Vehicle (Essential)
* Physically fit – must be able to lift stock and POS materials
* Available 8–32 hours/week, ideally Monday to Thursday
* Previous merchandising or field sales experience (Preferred)
* Strong time management, problem-solving, and adaptability
* Basic computer skills for data entry and email reporting
* Must be currently authorised to work in Australia

* Job Type: Casual
* Pay:
* $35/hour – Field Merchandising
* $36/hour – Field Sales
* Expected Hours: 16–32 per week
Locations: This is a field-based, in-person role across various retail locations. Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) is preferred.
