Make a difference in your community.We're looking for an experienced and motivated Depot Manager to lead our Launceston team.
As part of Kinetic – Australia and New Zealand's largest and most trusted bus operator – you'll play a critical role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.In this role, you will:Lead and support a team of Supervisors and Administrators to ensure daily operations meet key network performance targetsManage depot activities including scheduling, compliance, incident response, and contractor engagementDrive safety, risk management, and operational improvements across the siteFoster strong relationships with internal teams, unions, and external stakeholdersBe the point of escalation for operational and people-related mattersWhat you'll bring:Leadership experience in transport, logistics, or related operational environmentsStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under pressureThe ability to manage industrial relations, compliance, and operational standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office and a sound understanding of performance metricsA current MR licence and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Why Kinetic?
