Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to owners, operators, and maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to technical parts questions, quotes, procurement, and ordering of spare parts.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
3. Work closely with other organizations to resolve customer inquiries.
4. Provide training and guidance to sales teams.
5. Coordinate between shifts to ensure timely shipping and resolution of AOG orders.
6. Identify and prioritize training needs for customers.
7. Conduct quality standards training for employees.
8. Analyze and resolve workmanship-related issues.
Requirements
You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to read and understand illustrated parts catalogs, overhaul manuals, and aircraft engine manuals.
A working knowledge of US export/import regulations and trade agreements is also required, along with a high school education or equivalent, plus general knowledge of aircraft parts and blueprint reading.
You should have at least 5 years of relative aftermarket, customer service, or manufacturing experience.
