About the Role

ATTIA is seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Administrative Officer to support the effective functioning of our organisation and its Board. This is a part-time, work-from-home role, with preference for candidates based in Northern NSW – the heart of Australia's tea tree growing region.

Assist with the delivery and tracking of monthly reporting requirements across ATTIA's project portfolio.

Coordinate the administrative aspects of the CHIRAL adulterated product testing program, including sample tracking and results dissemination.

Proven experience in an administrative, secretariat, or office management role (preferably in a not-for-profit or membership-based organisation).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and online file-sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive).

Experience managing membership databases or CRM systems is desirable.

An understanding of or interest in the agricultural or natural products sectors is an advantage.

The role is expected to require approximately 2.5 to 3 days per week (equivalent to 0.4–0.5 FTE), subject to discussion and the candidate's experience and efficiency.Flexibility with work arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

Location Preference

While this is a remote role, preference will be given to applicants based in Northern New South Wales, due to its proximity to the tea tree production region and potential in-person engagements.
