**Job Title:** Assistant Store Manager
Job Description:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will mentor your team and ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience.
You will be responsible for leading stock levels, inventory management, loss prevention, and collaborating with the store admin and warehouse team to ensure smooth store operations.
Additionally, you will champion OH&S standards and support a safe environment for both the team and customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Leadership Experience: 2-3 years of retail leadership experience (big box preferred or Store Manager from a smaller format)
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Mentoring Skills: Passion for mentoring and developing others
* Sales Performance: Proven success in achieving sales and performance targets
* Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and service
