About the role
As Maintenance Superintendent, you will lead UGL's maintenance workforce and subcontractors on Curtis Island, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of maintenance programs. This role is pivotal in planning and delivering major and campaign maintenance events in collaboration with the client's Maintenance & Reliability team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage integrated maintenance workforce and subcontractors to deliver programs safely and on schedule.
* Collaborate with client teams to plan and execute major and campaign maintenance scopes.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and workforce productivity.
* Build strong relationships with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE teams.
* Provide onsite direction for contractors and OEM representatives during preparation phases.
About you
* Trade or tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrument discipline.
* Substantial experience in maintenance roles within Oil & Gas or heavy industry.
* Considerable experience in senior supervisory positions.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS (SAP) systems.
