About the Role
We are seeking a Solution Architect, who will provide architectural leadership across complex initiatives, work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners. This position will design end-to-end solutions across application, data, integration, and security domains, ensuring they are practical, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
This role will guide the selection of platforms and architectural patterns, embed security and privacy by design, and manage technical risks and trade-offs to support successful delivery. The role also contributes to architecture governance, standards, and roadmaps, while providing hands-on guidance to project teams and mentoring where required.
About You
You are an experienced Solution Architect with a strong track record of designing and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions. You can translate business requirements into clear, implementable architectures and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You bring deep understanding of modern architecture patterns, integration approaches, and non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and making sound architectural decisions that balance risk, cost, and value.
