About The Role
We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to provide high-quality, responsive HR support across the employee lifecycle, contributing to a positive and consistent employee experience. Working closely with the People & Culture team, you will support operational HR processes and provide timely, accurate advice to employees and leaders across a diverse organisation with multiple service streams and teams (including Aged Care Services and Early Childhood Education and Care).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end‐to‐end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle
* Support recruitment processes, including job ads, pre‐employment checks and onboarding
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* Prepare contracts, variations and employment documentation
* Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and P&C projects
About You
You are a proactive and organised HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team and supporting leaders and employees with clear, practical advice. You bring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service, and take pride in producing accurate work.
You Will Bring
* 2‐3 years' experience in an HR operations or advisory role
* Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent customer service and attention to detail
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
What We Offer
* Part‐time hours (24‐32 hours per week)
* Hybrid work options
* $81,905 to $90,402 annual base salary depending on your experience (pro‐rata)
* Up to $18,550 tax‐free salary packaging
* 15 days paid personal leave each year
* 3 days additional leave at Christmas
