Why Telstra?
As a graduate, you’ll help our teams across the business with research and user testing, developing segment personas, creating target state user journey maps, and developing prototypes to test and iterate with our customers. Eligibility: To be eligible for the 2027 Program intake, you must have completed your most recent tertiary education qualification within the last three years (graduating 2024, 2025, or 2026) at an Australian University. You must also be an Australian or NZ citizen, an Australian permanent resident, or an international student with a valid visa to work in Australia without restrictions. Application Process:
* Submit your CV, Academic Transcript (unofficial accepted), and Right-To-Work documents (Australian Passport/Birth Certificate or relevant Visa).
* Eligible candidates will complete a HireVue recorded video interview and assessment task.
* Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a final day interview.
* Successful candidates will undergo final background checks and receive their offer.
