About the role
Eagers Automotive currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at EasyAuto123 in Balcatta.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
Build relationships with customers and potential customers
Listen, understand and be responsive to customer's needs
Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step
Qualifications
Used car sales experience (desirable but not essential)
Must be self-motivated and goal driven
Ability to meet KPI's and targets as well as perform well in high pressure environments
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
