As a key member of our Support Services Centre team at Amentum, you will report to the Customer Service Team Lead. Your primary responsibilities include managing customer service enquiries and requests, which may range from resource reservations to maintenance requests or general knowledge about our operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage site office operations including room bookings, phone payments, Wi-Fi passwords, online accounts, and locker assignments.
* Administer work orders, ensuring timely close-outs and scanning.
* Coordinate site office and accommodation room reservations and allocations.
* Process Manage Engine customer requests, including work order submissions and conference room bookings.
* Respond to customer enquiries received via walk-ins, phone calls, or other communication channels.
* Collaborate with the SSC Planning and Scheduling team in creating SAP work order notifications, assisting with O&M and other departmental operations.
* Provide regular reporting as required by management.
* Update portal content and uploads for the SSC department.
* E nsure compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations on site.
* Perform any additional reasonable duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Essential Qualifications
* Prior experience working with SAP software.
* Proficiency in computer applications and software.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Experience working collaboratively within a dedicated team environment.
* Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong administrative skills.
Desirable Qualifications
* Diploma or degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.
* Administrator-level experience working with SAP.
* Records management experience.
* Able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
* Experience writing and developing policies and procedures.

* Valid driver's license.
Experience and Skills – Minimum Essential
* 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role.
