Project Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of HVAC projects for commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Contract Management: Overall responsibility for managing specific contracts and acting as the primary point of contact with the client.
* Financial Oversight: Manage project finances and budgets, including interim progress payment claims and receipts.
* Team Guidance: Provide advice, assistance, and direction to relevant departments to ensure safe and efficient operations and successful project outcomes.
* Document Control: Manage document control for specific contracts.
* Professional Development: Participate in training and identify additional training needs to enhance qualifications.
The ideal candidate should have qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management, proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry, and strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management.
