This role supports service provision within a designated area or function, by assisting with the completion of administrative tasks including data entry, mail outs, and customer service, such as telephone enquiries and client engagement initiatives. While assisting with allocated administrative tasks, you will support your team and the organisation's success by maintaining client and staff confidentiality, contributing ideas for document or process improvements, maintaining accurate records, being a positive advocate for People Who Care, and ensuring complaints or concerns are communicated to your Coordinator/Manager to respond appropriately.
