Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) currently has an exciting opportunities for a Health & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team. This position is on an ongoing, full time basis.
The Health & Wellbeing Advisor is accountable for the provision of quality operational and strategic wellbeing and injury management services to achieve organisational outcomes through an engaged, safe and sustainable workforce.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resource Management or a business-related discipline.
* Experience in wellbeing and injury management within the Health sector would be highly desirable.
* Demonstrated experience and skills in the performance of wellbeing and injury management activities, including Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including influencing and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of injury management related legislation, policies and processes.
* Demonstrated ability in problem solving.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and provide advice, support and guidance.

Our catchment covers 42,000 square kilometres, from Phillip Island to Mallacoota in the far east of Victoria. LRH offers cardiac care, surgery, medical, renal, emergency care, aged care, women's and children's services, pharmacy, allied health and rehabilitation. Medical and radiation oncology are offered by the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre.
Now is an exciting time to join the LRH team, with the $223.5 million expansion completed in March 2024, offering improved maternity and paediatric facilities, larger intensive care unit, increased medical and surgical beds and additional operating theatres.
