As a Cafe Allrounder/Barista at Bubba's Coffee Stop, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating delightful coffee & food experiences for our customers. We have two part-time positions available; one position working 20 hours across 3 days and the other position is working 35 hours across 5 days.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard
Assisting with food preparation and serving customers at the counter
Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment
Providing friendly and attentive customer service
Collaborating with & supporting the team to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a barista and in a customer service role
Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a small team
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends across our hours of trading
