About you:
Insurance or insurance broking experience in a technology capacity preferable
2 years' experience within an insurance sector or financial services
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/IT
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Troubleshooting, problem solving, digital literacy skills
Insurance Tier 1 or Tier 2 Compliance Certification preferable
The Role:
As a Service desk support analyst, you will be responsible for providing level 2 service and support in accordance with established ITIL practices. The role is required to investigate and re-mediate incidents involving bespoke broking software such as ibias and evolution.
Additionally, you will be required to:
Undertake root cause analysis and replication steps for key vendors
Develop and maintain systems and program documentation
Liaise with other teams and the wider business to resolve problems
