Hunter Industrial Supplies is seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands‐on Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our growing team. This is a varied and fast‐paced role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high warehouse standards.
About The Role
* Picking and packing all HIS customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Arranging courier pickups and completing related freight documentation
* Sales order invoicing and order fulfilment
* Reporting on sales order and freight data
* Loading and unloading freight (manual handling and forklift operation where required)
* Restocking racks and shelving
* Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse, including sweeping floors and stock rotation
* Ensuring warehouse operations comply with NSW WHS requirements
* Picking and processing Speedframe orders
* Cutting Speedframe materials using cutting machinery
* Assisting with Speedframe site work when required
* Contributing to improvements in warehouse processes and systems to meet growing stock and order demands
About You
* Previous warehouse picking and packing experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) preferred
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Basic computer skills for invoicing and reporting
* Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team
* Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
