HR Business Partner
The role of HR Business Partner is a key position that plays an essential part in the organizational success. It involves providing strategic support to business leaders, driving HR initiatives and programs, and contributing to the development of organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contributes to business strategy by helping leaders identify and prioritize organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes to achieve business goals.
* Understands the business and its drivers, builds relationships with line managers/stakeholders to identify and provide HR input across a range of HR issues and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business.
* Oversees the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle of the dedicated business area by providing advice on labor legislation, policies, and procedures and working closely with the business to ensure smooth resolution on HR matters to mitigate risk, including disciplinary and grievance matters, enhancing communications, engagements, and performance.
* Collaborates with TA Manager, drives TA strategies and materials to strengthen the Company's Employer brand (in alignment with Global).
* Partner with L&D to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
* Provides coaching and leadership development support to business leadership teams.
* Collaborates with business leadership Teams to identify and prioritize talents, with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards and develop key capabilities.
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR Business Partner capacity.
* Strong systems knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, HRIS/Payroll).
* Knowledge and understanding of Australian/New Zealand employment legislation.
* Prior experience working in a retail/service/medical device environment preferable.
* Strong generalist HR knowledge of a broad range of HR/IR areas.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders.
* Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into strategic HR initiatives.
* Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data.
* Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results.
