About the role
As a Warehouse Assistant at Collective Play, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our busy distribution centre in Dandenong South, Victoria. This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, and you will be part of a dynamic team to ensure our products are stored, picked, packed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner.
What you'll be doing
* Receiving, unpacking containers and storing incoming stock deliveries
* Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
* Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
* Assisting with cycle counts and stocktakes
* Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
* Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
* Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Good problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices
* A current forklift licence with high reach experience (desirable)
* A positive, hardworking attitude and a keen eye for safety
* Ability to lift up to 30kg and stand for extended periods of time
