Senior Project Manager – Building Automation

~$150,000 + Super + Car + Bonus

About the Role We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-million dollar building automation projects across Sydney. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle—from design through to commissioning—while working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale building automation projects
* Lead project planning, resource allocation, and financial control
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
* Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and service teams to ensure seamless execution
* Mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise
* Report regularly on project status, milestones, and financials to senior management
About You
* Proven experience managing large building automation or HVAC controls projects
* Strong understanding of BMS systems and integration (e.g., HVAC, lighting, energy)
* Excellent project management skills across planning, budgeting, and delivery
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field
* PMP or similar certification is a plus
