Job Title: Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator
About the Role
This key position supports the implementation and improvement of our health, safety and wellbeing systems. The role involves coordinating day-to-day health, safety and wellbeing activities, managing system administration and supporting reporting and compliance processes.
* Administer and coordinate health, safety and wellbeing systems and reporting tools.
* Support risk management, documentation and compliance requirements.
* Maintain registers and records, including contractor and chemical lists.
* Coordinate audits, inspections and training schedules.
* Assist with learning modules and wellbeing initiatives.
* Provide administrative support for meetings and governance activities.
* Process invoices and manage data entry.
* Support social compliance activities.
What We're Looking For
We require an individual with intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs is essential.
