About The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly growing, dynamic Retail company in a challenging and rewarding role. This diverse role requires the successful candidate to possess a business mindset that allows them to influence outcomes and make independent decisions.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the CEO, your role would involve:Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.Acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.Coordinating and facilitating meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-ups on action items.Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Assisting with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as required.Handling expense reporting and budget tracking for the CEO’s team.Supporting event planning and execution for corporate events, board meetings, and leadership meetings.Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the CEO.Skills and ExperienceExperience supporting a C-Suite Executive is advantageous.Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead.Display initiative, confidentiality, loyalty, and the capacity/desire to achieve and work with minimal supervision.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.Great team player.High degree of attention to detail.Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible.Strong technical skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent time management skills.Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.About the clientWe are delighted to be partnering with a thriving Retail company to recruit the Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
