In this role you will be responsible for managing and driving an energetic sales team to continually hit KPI's in order to create travel memories that will last for lifetimes for our customers.

You will be responsible for (not limited to):
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction across all staff members
- Creating tailor made travel itineraries and selling travel products and tour packages
- Liaising with travel partners, including tour operators and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules
- Constantly leading and motivating the team to hit their targets and ensure company profitability
- Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
- Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records
- Overseeing the recruitment, selection and retention of staff as well as staff training
- Oversee rosters, payroll, administration and health and safety operations
- Organising incentives, bonus schemes and competitions
- Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
Required/ Preferred Experience
- 3 Years or more experience in Tourism, Hospitality or Sales Management.
- HERO experience preferred.
- Travelled around Australia, NZ & South East Asia preferred.
- Australian permanent resident or citizen

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
