About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage financial statements, reconcile general ledgers, and ensure tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
* Oversee tax compliance, including the preparation and lodgement of BAS returns.
* Provide assistance for audits, working closely with external auditors.
Requirements
* A degree in Accounting or Finance.
* CA/CPA qualified or currently completing certification.
* Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
