We're looking for a Customer & Dispatch Coordinator to join our passionate team. This full-time role is instrumental in delivering a seamless, premium customer experience across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels, including Ecommerce and Hospitality. You'll also play a key role in supporting our B2B operations through cross-functional collaboration and training, ensuring our high standards are upheld at every touchpoint.
Initially based in Cambridge, TAS, this role will transition to our new brand home in Pontville and will report into our Supply Chain Manager.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Ensure timely, complete, and high-quality dispatch of customer orders.
Maintain packaging standards that reflect LARK's premium brand identity.
Customer Experience & Communication
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth across multiple channels.
Deliver a luxury-aligned experience that reinforces LARK's reputation for excellence.
Inventory & Systems Management
Accurately record and manage orders using internal systems.
Conduct regular stock takes and maintain inventory integrity to support operational flow.
Develop and uphold standard operating procedures.
Handle returns and claims with efficiency and empathy, ensuring brand-aligned outcomes.
Performance Reporting & Insights
Generate KPI reports to inform continuous improvement and strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional B2B Support
Participate in cross-training to support B2B operations during peak periods or leave.
Assist in managing 3PL teams, domestic and international distributors, and dry goods logistics.
Work closely with fellow team members to achieve shared goals.
Support cross-channel operations and ensure continuity during absences through mutual training and collaboration.
