CTM Flooring is a leading flooring solutions provider, known for delivering quality products and dependable service. We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Seven Hills location.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general enquiries
- Book flooring installation appointments and delivery schedules
- Manage supplier invoices and reconcile monthly statements
- Order and track stock from suppliers
- Provide general administrative support to the team
**Requirements**:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous administration experience preferred but not essential - training will be provided
