Randstad is seeking expressions of interest from skilled and experienced Plant Operators / Truck Drivers for a range of upcoming civil construction and infrastructure projects across Tasmania.

The Role
We have a pipeline of work requiring operators who can confidently switch between machinery and heavy vehicle driving. Your duties will typically include:
* Operating a range of plant such as Excavators, Loaders, Rollers, and Skid Steers
* Driving medium rigid (MR), heavy rigid (HR) or heavy combination (HC) trucks (tippers, water carts, floats)
* Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance
* Assisting with labouring duties when required
* Adhering to strict site safety protocols
What We Are Looking For
* Demonstrated history operating civil plant and driving heavy vehicles
* Current MR, HR or HC Truck Licence + Plant Tickets (Excavator, Loader, etc.)
* White card
* A strong commitment to safe work practices
* A solid work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to work full-time hours
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
