We are G.J. Gardner Homes Launceston, an exciting new franchise coming to the region, led by a Franchise Owner with decades of experience in the building industry. We are driven by the desire to help people comfortably settle into their new homes in this community we love so much.

We're currently seeking a driven New Homes Consultant who is ready to be a founding member of our team and grow with us in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Exceptional Earning Potential: Base salary plus transparent, uncapped commission (no surprises).

Work/Life Balance: A full-time role based in our Launceston office. Initially Mon-Fri with some flexibility.

What You''ll Be Doing

Source and nurture leads and manage consistent communication with prospective customers throughout their decision-making process.

Meet with customers in the office, on-site, or at local estates, showcasing our designs.

Guide customers through the entire new home building process, providing informed insights and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Work closely with customers to understand their visions and explain building plans, material specifications, and site requirements.

Effectively collaborate with the new team while maintaining a high level of independence.

What You'll Bring

New Home Industry Experience: Prior experience within the new home building industry is preferred and highly regarded.

Sales-Oriented: You enjoy building rapport and guiding prospects through the sales journey.

Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills for clear, professional interactions.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced startup environment.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and various digital platforms.

Valid Driver's Licence: A current driver's licence is required.
