Customer Support Role Opportunity
This role offers a challenging opportunity to proactively manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through exceptional phone-based customer service, relationship management, and sales excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Retain and grow revenue of the assigned customer portfolio by proactive lifecycle account and relationship management.
* Conduct outbound calls to existing and new customers in an efficient and accurate manner.
* Determine customer growth requirements to propose suitable products and solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities by applying retention, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
* Maintain and update all customer records in accordance with internal processes.
* Proactively manage sales leads and opportunities to drive sales and meet targets.
* Continually understand customers' objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes.
* Provide outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls, and email communication.
* Drive retention activity utilizing a customer service-focused approach.
* Liaise with administration teams and departments to manage customer requirements and resolve issues.
