Position overview:

This position is available for 35 hours per week at our modern, purpose built multiple disciplinary health clinic located at 600 Port Road Allenby Gardens, South Australia.

Your role will focus on providing excellent reception service for our wonderful clients and assist our therapists to deliver the best outcomes.

* 35hrs/week

REQUIRED HOURS (ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN WORK THESE):

Week 1

* Mon: 12.30pm - 6.00pm
* Tues: 8.30am - 7.30pm
* Wed: 8.30am - 7.30pm
* Thurs: 8.30am - 7.30pm

Week 2

* Mon: 12.30pm - 6.00pm
* Tues: 8.30am - 7.30pm
* Wed: 8.30am - 7.30pm
* Sat: 9.00am - 2.00pm
* Sun: 9.00am - 2.00pm

*Shift swaps may be required from time to time

The successful applicant will be employed in a role that sees you engaging with clients and ensuring their visit is first class.

You will be responsible for being present at the reception desk, assisting our therapists, assisting with our sports recovery services, keeping the clinic clean and tidy, and also opening / closing the clinic (depending on your hours).

You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture on a daily basis with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

Duties include:

* Client experience (e.g. welcoming clients to the clinic, preparing beverages)
* Managing appointments
* Phone calls (inbound/outbound)
* Managing faxes
* Liaising with and supporting our therapists
* Client account management (payments and outstanding invoices)
* Database management to ensure clients information is correct
* Assist sports recovery clients (e.g. Normatec recovery boots)
* Assisting with marketing efforts (e.g. social media, digital assets, photography)
* Stock and product control
* General housekeeping (cleaning, washing towels, vacuuming)
* Looking after our plants

* You can effectively prioritise your time.
* You have a great sense of humour, and you are a passionate and motivated person.
* You are competent in daily reception duties, and able to learn new things quickly.
* You have great communication skills both online and in person.

The successful applicant will need to be available on the hours specified above.
