Ellerslie Farms Group, one of Australia's largest poultry farms, is recruiting Process Workers for a new project located in Millmerran, Queensland. This position offers training in a fast‐paced, highly automated production environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Participate in day‐to‐day production within the grading floor.
* Ensure compliance with all food hygiene standards.
* Maintain high quality and efficient packing focus.
* Maintain smooth operations.
* Complete all tasks within WHS guidelines.
* Communicate effectively internally and with business partners.
* Expand your skills with hands‐on training.
* Proactively participate in Quality Assurance, Bio‐security, Workplace Health and Safety, Food Safety and other compliance with relevant company codes of conduct, statutory acts and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Demonstrated history of experience in FMCG environment.
* Dependable, punctual, and work well in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills and work well under pressure.
* Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.
* Effective communication skills.
Additional Requirements
* Willingness to adhere to strict bio‐security requirements, including not keeping live birds, chickens or pigs at home.
* Must sign a bio‐security agreement to avoid contact with any avian species (birds, chickens, ducks, turkeys, etc.).
