We are seeking a highly accomplished and client-focused Partner to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. This role is ideal for someone with a strong professional network, a proven track record of building client relationships, and the leadership ability to mentor and inspire high-performing legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on complex legal issues within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice area
* Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships
* Lead teams on major Litigation and International Arbitration matters
* Oversees the preparation of legal matters and the representation of clients before the courts
* Collaborate with other partners and senior lawyers across practice groups
* Contribute to the strategic direction and business development of the firm
* Mentor associates and junior partners in line with our culture of development and excellence
Requirements
* Must be a qualified lawyer (admitted to practice in Western Australia)
* 10+ years of post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department
* Established client base or portable book of business
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strategic mindset and ability to contribute to the broader firm vision
* Commitment to professional ethics and client service
