Regional Manager, Cabin Crew VIC & SA

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the VIC & SA Cabin Crew team in safety, operations, and people responsibilities
* Drive culture and capability uplift in a high‐visibility role
* Translate strategic plans and goals into tangible actionable activities for the broader team
* Initiate and drive plans to ensure financial, customer and people performance metrics are met
* Manage escalations around rostering, service disruptions, compliance and customer complaints
* Oversee performance management, including absenteeism and case management
* Develop leadership skills in direct reports to enable achievement of business objectives
* Champion safety leadership, driving local execution and input into Cabin Crew safety strategies
* Participate in a rotational 24x7 on‐call roster and adhere to critical incident management principles
You'll Have
* Previous experience managing a large industrialised workforce or similar
* Experience in dealing and working with unions and highly regulated environments
* Strong consultation skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organisation
* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to drive change and performance
* Clear and effective verbal and non‐verbal communication skills
* Desire for a hands‐on approach in strategic planning and achievements
* Willingness to travel frequently between Melbourne and Adelaide as well as other destinations as required
