**Job Description**
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing technical support to the maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and dwellings. Key responsibilities include assisting tradespeople with general or reactive maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, valves, fittings, and drainage systems
* Installation, repair, and maintenance of lighting fixtures, switches, and switchboards, including rough-in/out work
* Operate hand tools, machines, and power saws as required
* Follow safety data sheets for cleaning chemicals and established safety rules
