Looking to build a career in a growing, dynamic industry?
We are seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service & Sales Support team member to join our busy dive operation in Adelaide. This is primarily a desk based role within our online store, supporting customers across Australia and working closely with our retail and training teams.
This is not a diving role. It is a professional customer service position within the dive industry, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys helping people.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer emails promptly and professionally
* Following up on orders and tracking shipments
* Answering product enquiries and providing expert advice
* Preparing quotes for individuals, schools and corporate clients
* Processing sales and supporting online store operations
* Managing warranty claims and liaising with suppliers
* Occasional phone enquiries
* General administrative support
You will work closely with suppliers and internal team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Professional and friendly manner
* Sales confidence and problem solving ability
* Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and online systems
* Previous retail, e-commerce or customer service experience highly regarded
Experience in diving is an advantage but not essential.
