About You:
You enjoy playing an integral part in our customer's new home journey and the company's new home builds. You look forward to working within a collaborative and inclusive team, bringing a positive and motivated attitude to each day. You don’t shy away from helping others, working autonomously, and having a proactive approach when communicating with customers.
You will also have:
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in coordinating job allocations and multi-tasking
About the Role:
Building a new home is an exciting journey, but it doesn't end when the customers get their keys. We know that the post-construction phase is just as key, which is why our Home Assurance team plays such a critical role in supporting our customers after they move in.
As a Maintenance & Warranties Coordinator, you will oversee the moving parts behind each job - coordinating inspections, managing job bookings and keeping customers informed every step of the way. You'll work closely with our Home Assurance Inspectors and trades to ensure warranty work is scheduled and completed efficiently, while keeping the customer experience front of mind.
