Job Description:
Assist job seekers in the Workforce Australia program to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers
* Engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes
* Identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations
* Demonstrated experience in achieving business KPI's and targets
* Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
