We are looking for a Mechanical Coordinator to works across the following scope based on the allocated work group: Mechanical Static, High and Low Speed Rotating, Pumps and Engines and PSV's.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for delivery of Mechanical maintenance services in line with business processes and schedule/cost objectives whilst maintaining compliance with the Contract HSSE, Quality and Employee Relations Management Plans.
Building Campaign work packs and ensure materials meet schedule execution time frame and reschedule where required.
Work with schedulers to assist with schedule loading and advise criticality of work scope prior to revision lock.
Arrange vendor mobilisation and ensure relevant competencies are up to date.
Maintain equipment BOM via cataloguing and MOC process.
Identify packages of work and liaise with other discipline planners/coordinators to maximise maintenance efficiency and minimise equipment down time.
Ensure maintenance plans and MWI's are fit for purpose.
Liaise with relevant discipline engineers and implement changes via MOC process.
Assist in the preparation of Permits, Rick Assessments and HAZOPS/HAZIDS as required.
Liaise with Engineering, Vendors and Suppliers as required for progression of work scopes.
Attend site for pre-scoping, walk down of scope and Kick-off/start of major campaigns as required.
Complete After-Action Reviews (AAR) on campaign and produce lessons learned.
Raise MOC/TSR as required to update systems, processes and SAP data.
Monitor, review and keep client systems up to date including Task List, planning strategies and work packs.
Demonstrates commitment to and drive a culture of strict compliance with the Life Saving Rules and adherence to the Monadelphous principle of The Safe Way is the Only Way.
Participates and engage in safety interactions and field leadership.
Practically implement the continuous improvement and lessons learned programs on a Contract-wide basis.
Monitors compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements and ensures that such requirements are known to all supervisors and staff and always complied with.
What you'll bring: Mechanical Trade or Engineering Qualification.
Extensive working knowledge and experience with SAP PM (required).
Experience with Low-Speed Rotating equipment, pumps and engines (required).
