YOUR NEW ROLE
The Marketing Operations and Traffic Specialist keeps marketing workflows running smoothly across the Sydney Opera House Marketing team. The role coordinates end-to-end campaign and project tasks, manages resourcing and capacity, monitors progress and escalates risks- providing the operational insights that enable the team to deliver campaigns and projects reliably and efficiently.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
Key Responsibilities/skills:
* 3–4 years’ experience in project management or operations within marketing or creative environments.
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) or similar workflow platforms.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams and external vendors.
* Solid understanding of creative production processes, including digital, video, photography, and print.
* Highly organised, proactive and attention to detail under pressure.
