Proudly Australian owned and operated, the business manufactures more than 90% of its product range in-house at its Melbourne facility, supplying high-quality absorbents, spill kits, dangerous goods storage solutions, bunding and safety signage.

Now part of a major US-based safety group, Global Spill Control combines local manufacturing excellence with the backing, scale and resources of a global organisation. Its products are trusted across major industries including mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, warehousing, government and healthcare.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow Global Spill Control's Queensland customer base.

Reporting to the Queensland Sales Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities across the state. With a strong focus on face‐to‐face engagement, you will spend much of your time on the road visiting customer sites, replenishing stock, troubleshooting issues and identifying value‐added solutions.

This role suits a hands‐on, relationship‐driven sales professional who enjoys autonomy, regional travel and building long‐term partnerships with key stakeholders.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded sales professional with the following skills and attributes:

* Proven experience in industrial sales, ideally within safety, environmental or technical products
* Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging one‐on‐one and in group settings
* Strong relationship‐building capability with safety officers, procurement teams and site managers
* Self‐starter mindset with high levels of initiative, accountability and curiosity
* Customer‐focused approach with strong problem‐solving skills
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Queensland

Whilst the role is largely field based, your home base will be in Luscombe, QLD.
