Due to an internal move, we are hiring an expert Systems Management Specialist who has proven experience in implementing and configuring integrated project/program controls systems on major programs.
Responsibilities
* Implement and Configure Systems: Lead the implementation and configuration of integrated project/program controls systems, particularly in environments utilizing platforms like UniPhi.
* Develop Data Models: Create robust data models and reporting architectures to enable integrated dashboards and facilitate real-time decision-making.
* Data Integration: Integrate data across various systems, including bulk data migration, APIs, and structured reporting environments to enhance visibility and control.
* Business Process Translation: Translate complex business processes into system design and configuration, promoting standardization and consistent reporting across the organization.
* Data Architecture Review: Conduct holistic reviews of data architecture, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, simplify workflows, and reduce administrative burdens for future implementations.
Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience in implementing and configuring integrated project/program controls systems on major programs.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong capability in developing data models and reporting architectures; expert in PowerBi.
* Integration Skills: Expertise in data integration, bulk data migration, and API utilization.
* Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into effective system designs.
* Innovative Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying improvements and efficiencies in data architecture and system implementations.
